As we all know the planning of a DW could be nerve wrecking without the right person to deal with, and Francisco couldn't have been more on point. He responded to my questions within a day with the answers I needed. He sent me plenty of pictures that I needed to make decisions. He also had emailed me a questionnaire that was perfect to really piece the event together to make sure we weren't missing anything. He really knows what he's doing. "... I want let you know that we had an amazing experience in the planning and celebrating of our wedding at the JW Marriott in Cancun! This was in large part due to the excellent service and attention to detail we recieved from Mariel Camara and Josephina Luna. We visited and vetted approximately 15 hotels in Cancun and Rivera Maya, and it was the attentiveness of the staff that put the JW ahead of the rest. In the last few months Mariel has had to deal with several hundred emails and requests from us, and her responisveness and thoughtfulness put us at ease as we approached the event. Any last minute chages and requests were also handled extremely well. Both Mariel and Josefina are valuable assets for your hotel. Sincerely, Ashish"

"Chenda and I recently got married at the JW Marriott in Cancun on 12/12/08. I am writing to highly commend Francisco Roman’s for his professionalism and expertise with planning our wedding. With Francisco’s help, we were able to successfully plan our entire event through numerous email and phone conversations. Francisco was extremely attentive to all of needs, questions, and requests. He also gave us a great suggestion as to where we should hold our ceremony and dinner reception. We had never been to the JW Marriott before, and planning a wedding from the United States is not easy. However, it was Francisco’s attention to detail and quick responses to email that kept our minds at ease through this entire process. Our wedding day was perfect. "Francisco, Thank you for an AMAZING wedding. Things could not have been better or have gone smoother. it was a daythat we will never forget. The flowers and location were just beautiful. The food was excellent. We would also like to thank the DJ. He was the best and played the best music. We wish he lived in the states! We really only have great things to say about you and the Marriott. The entire was was the greatest. I am so glad we picked your hotel. We will definitely return. The service was top-notch. We have stayed at some very expensive hotels, and the Marriott exceeded all of them. If you have a supervisor we can thank for you, please let us know. We would recommend you tpo anyone.
