Legal Requirements for Marriages in Cancun
A civil wedding in Mexico is the only type of Ceremony fully valid for legal purposes in USA and other countries. The Resort offers the assistance for legal information and paperwork required for the Civil Wedding in Cancun. Our fee includes the Registrar Office’s fee, Blood Tests and Medical Certificate, the original Marriage License and one certified copy (in Spanish), the Judge’s fees, witnesses (if required).
You can NOW have a Legal Wedding in Cancun providing only Passports and Tourist Cards!!! (for first marriages)
In this case the Marriage Act won’t include the information of the Bride & Groom’s parents. Blood test and witness also applicable.
